About Sanjay Singh

Sanjay has over twenty years of high tech sales, sales management, and production management experience. He is often dubbed as a “turnaround specialist” as several times he has expediently achieved solid revenue growth. He did so by building sales organizations, reorganizing territories, restructuring prices, establishing activity goals, streamlining compensation, implementing sales management processes, implementing CRM, ERP and other eTools, revising product roadmaps and instituting Internet marketing strategies. He has developed new business, managed complex sales cycles, done strategic planning and tactical execution, done contract structuring and negotiation, and marketing.

Sanjay has managed sales of software solutions for complex networks, client-server solutions, IP communication services, networked systems, and developer toolkits. He has managed direct sales force, agents, dealers, VARs and distributors. He brings a healthy mix of experience of managing sales organizations-large and small.

In the past, he was with EMC-Captiva as Director of Sales for Pixel division, responsible for worldwide sales; Director of Sales for Telia Internet, a division of Telia AB - a $5 billion European telecom company;  GMCM with Xerox Corporation. In his spare time he teaches management at the University of Phoenix

Singh has Bachelor of Engineering degree and MBA degree. He initially worked as an engineer and then moved to sales and marketing.

He lives in San Jose, CA, with his wife and two daughters. Singh enjoys reading and watching movies. He is a member of Lions Club, Business Networking International, Business Resources Network, TIE and Toastmasters International.
